Today we show you how to schedule how often auto send\/receive occurs.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re busy during the day and need to keep up with your emails, you might want want Outlook to check for new messages every few minutes. Here we\u2019ll show how to schedule it in Office 2010, 2007, and 2003 for a busy inbox where you want to keep on top of your important emails.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> <strong>Outlook 2010<\/strong><\/strong>To schedule Auto Send\/Receive in Outlook 2010, click on the File tab then Options.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"1sendrec\" src=\"http:\/\/genesissystem.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/autosend01.png\" alt=\"1sendrec\" width=\"418\" height=\"345\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Outlook Options window opens\u2026click on Advanced and scroll down to<em> Send and receive<\/em> and click on the Send\/Receive button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2sendrec\" src=\"http:\/\/genesissystem.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/autosend02.png\" alt=\"2sendrec\" width=\"631\" height=\"473\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the Send\/Receive Groups window under <em>Setting for group \u201cAll Accounts\u201d<\/em> check the box <em>Schedule an automatic send\/receive every\u2026minutes. <\/em>It is set to 30 minutes by default and you can change the minutes to whatever you want it to be.
